About Us

Key West Fires is a public resource of the Key West Firehouse Museum. This is an online repository of fires in Key West dating back to the early 1800s.

 

A non-profit organization dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and maintenance of Fire House No. 3 as a historic site and museum dedicated to the collection, preservation, interpretation and exhibition of artifacts about firefighting in the Southernmost city of Key West              

 

The Key West Firehouse Museum is primarily supported by donations and memberships.  Please help us to keep the tradition of firefighting in the Florida Keys alive for future generations by donating or becoming a member.

 

The Key West Firehouse Museum is located at 1026 Grinnell Street on the corner of Virginia and Grinnell in Key West, Florida.

 

The museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10 am till 3 pm.
